FLAMIN' HEELS are based in Pontypridd and teach all over South Wales.
You learn in a friendly environment and we make it Fun. From those basic first
steps, you will soon be on the dance floor with the rest.
Classes are held for Beginners, Improver's and Intermediate Levels. Most of our
Beginners Classes are course based, which we have found suits those wanting to
learn, without the pressure of large classes.
Tammika's friendly, bubbly personality real shines through, which puts dancers
at their ease
Private lessons are available on a one to one basis.
We also teach in schools and business in South Wales and work with RCT in
their Health And Fitness in the Workplace programmes, Team Building,
Weddings, and Parties are also catered for.
Tammika also offers workshops in Ladies Styling.

Ice Breakers for Team Building
We teach with Salsa-Fitness every year as part of their weekend event in Mid -
Wales and are often asked to workshops.
